As we prepare for the transitional shifting that is happening now and will continue to increase in the future, it is important that our physical bodies are preparing too. Become aware of the energy in the foods you are eating and make sure you are drinking plenty of water. The water lubricates and allows for more gentle shifts. It is essential for your health and your future life.

Also, it has been brought to my attention over and over and over and over that it would be wise to remove all pork from your diet. Already it is not compatible with the blood in your body, but it is about to become far more devasting to the body than ever before.

Bring into your awareness that the foods you eat are creating the vibration in your body.
