A deeper level of conscious awareness – the experience of microshifting.
It is possible to maintain the state of peace, achieved during meditation, throughout the day but you must become aware of the micro-shifting that occurs that gradually pulls you away from the bliss. If you become conscious of these subtle changes, you can choose to allow the shift or to remain in higher vibrations of peace and bliss.
It is the small shifts that bring you out of it.
You become aware of the small shifts by being conscious of each choice, of each thought, and then paying attention to the emotions and feelings that come with these thoughts.
If you are consciously making your choices, and noticing your feelings, you will learn to feel the shift and return to bliss. If you don't notice the shifts as they occur, you lose the option of choosing differently and very often you will fall into a downward spiral.
The same concept applies to raising yourself. If you are in a low place, learn to make the subtle shifts that raise you higher to the next stage, reaching gently for awareness, a better feeling. This process will take you upwards on a gradual spiral towards the bliss.
Reaching for more awareness, for the light, will enable you to move towards the bliss. If you learn the different levels of energies associated with different emotions than you have a map that will show you how to move up the ladder of energy into the beauty of peace.
For instance, grief is a place of being completely weak. Taking a small dose of energy and moving into anger will enable you to move more energy, bringing you some relief from the grief. One of the lowest levels of energy is shame, then it goes to guilt to despair to anger to indifference to trusting to hopeful to understanding to acceptance to love to joy to peace.
The gradual, gentle movements are how you go from one place to the next. It's one step at a time.
Once you become aware of the micro-shifting, you are able to consciously choose which direction to follow. So, learn what the subtle shifts are by paying attention to how you feel with your conscious choices.
